The Croydon Register Office is one of the most popular wedding venue in Croydon for both weddings and Civil Partnership. It is now hosted inside the stunning Croydon Town Hall, one of the most charming and featured in England.
The Croydon Town Hall was built in the 1609 and since then have gone through many evolution, the major ones is dated 1896 and gave us the building as we see it today but it is only on the 1980 that the interiors of the town hall have been completed renovated and the library and the majestic clock tower refurbished. The Croydon Register Office wedding function room get all the beauty and charm of the town hall decorations and elegant details, and as wedding photographer in Croydon, I really appreciate the beautiful architecture and richness of the details that this wedding venue provides, both inside and outside the building wedding photography is enriched by the elegance and style of the environment.
After the wedding ceremony I always like to take pictures at the awesome Queen’s Gardens that are just next the Croydon Register Office.
The gardens were opened in the 1983 by Queen Elizabeth II, and they provides many great features and backdrop for romantic traditional wedding pictures and group pictures. The stylish fountain, the many trees and flowers gives plenty of opportunity for posed or reportage wedding pictures.
